The festival offers a high profile 3-day marketing reach for thousands of visitors and an opportunity for you to meet and network with the local community and its leaders. This year’s festival will have four levels of sponsorship available. Each level will have increasing amounts of exposure and advertisement included as part of the sponsorship package. This year our Greek American Festival will be on November 13th – November 15th, 2026.
Sponsorship levels Bronze and above include the placemat advertising at no additional cost.
Placemat Advertisement (Business card size, 3.5x2 inch) $100
Your company provided business card size image to be included on all placemats used for our Greek food vendor.
Bronze $600 (BASE LEVEL-Banners displayed throughout event)
Your company provided, banner showcased in the main dining area, you will be listed on our list of sponsors on our literature; $50 in gift certificates to share with friends and clients; business card placement on placemats.
Silver $1,200 (Outside Bar Tent Sponsor or Pastry Stand Sponsor)
Your company provided, banner showcased in the main dining area/Outside bar or Pastry Stand, you will be listed on our list of sponsors on your literature and T-Shirts; $100 in food gift certificates to share with friends and clients; business card placement on placemats, featured in all printed advertisements; and mentioned in two dedicated social media postings.
Gold $2,500 (Inside Bar Sponsor and Band Sponsor)
St. George will provide your banner to be showcased in the main dining area/Inside Bar or Band Stand, you will be listed on our list of sponsors on our literature and T-Shirts; Complimentary vendor space for your company to use during the festival; $250 in food gift certificates to share with friends and clients; and 10 One Day Unlimited Carnival Rides wrist bands.
Platinum $5,000 (Food Line Sponsor)
St. George will provide your banner to be showcased in the main dining area/Food Line, you will be listed on our list of sponsors on our literature and T-Shirts; Complimentary vendor space for your company to use during the festival; for the festival in all publications, advertisements, and media. Your company will also be mentioned as a sponsor for all other fundraising events for one year at St. George Greek Orthodox Church; $500 in food gift certificates to share with friends and clients; and 25 One Day Unlimited Carnival Rides wrist bands.
