Vendor Contract Agreement

This agreement is entered into by and between St. George Greek Orthodox Church (Sponsor) and the submitting vendor under the terms and conditions outlined below:

The sponsor shall conduct a Greek American Festival on the dates of November 13th – November 15th, 2026 that will be located at: 9426 Little Road, New Port Richey, 34654; during the hours of 4:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. on Friday, 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, and 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The Vendor will pay the Sponsor $150 regardless of how many days the Vendor participates in the Festival and abide by all regulations set forth in this contract.

Vendors must supply own tables, chairs, extension cords, and tent.

Sponsor will provide a 10’ by 10’ space.

Agreement becomes effective upon full receipt of monies. Vendor shall tender said rental consideration for use of space upon execution of this agreement.

That the Vendor shall not be permitted to sell any used, garage sale, or flea market items.

The Vendor further agrees to clean their respective space and to return same in the condition presented at the beginning of the Festival.

The Vendor shall not be entitled to a full or partial refund for any reason.

The Vendor shall hold harmless and indemnify St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Inc., as well as the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Atlanta, and the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America for any and all injuries that may result to vendor and/or employees during the term of this agreement.

The Vendor hold harmless and indemnify St. George Greek Orthodox Church Inc., as well as the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Atlanta, and the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America for any injuries, damages and/or claims resulting from any of the products, goods, wares and/or displays of the subject vendor.
